So what’s so special about BLAH? Well you know I love all things (ab)Normal Heights, and in addition to the central location on Adams, one of their founders has a degree in brewing science. Of the other 2 founders, one is certified by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana, and the other is an artist who did an album cover for Blink-182 and Jack Johnson!

Yum, Yum, and Yum

Simply put, BLAH excels at both pizza and beer – two of my favorites. Of course there’s also bar snacks like Belgian frites and spicy beer nuts. In addition to supporting the Normal Heights Community Association (I’m VP on the board), they’ve been named “100 Best Beer Bars” by Draft Magazine every year they’ve been open.
