Selling Process
In the initial consultation we will determine your needs and priorities, review agency choices, discuss the marketing plan, and establish a pricing strategy.
Pricing is the most important decision you will have to make in the process of selling your house. Through a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) we’ll review the current economic conditions, competing properties, absorption rate, and comparable sales. These must be considered while pricing you house for sale, but most importantly, reviewed on a regular basis while your house is on the market. We may also decide to preview competing houses in the area.
