The verb “Encontrar” means to meet, to find, or to discover,” which is exactly what I did with my friend Karen a couple years ago before the Bananarama concert at North Park Theater!

Open Design

I was surprised to find how detailed it is in its design. I haven’t seen it, but rumor has it underneath the bar are engraved ENP logos. Bright and spacious, it features huge windows that are almost always open and large community tables, perfect for sharing.

Bold & Unique Menu Items

I’m not a fan of asparagus, but this dish was amazing – grilled with basil aioli, a fried egg (how creative), and some parmigiano reggiano on top. Karen had Mary’s Fried Chicken Sliders, and my absolute favorite that we shared, the portobello fries. A definite recommendation.

Dreams & Creations

In the interest of bringing it back full circle, Chef Jason Hotchkiss explained the four people he’d invite to impress for dinner – Thomas Keller, his favorite chef; Albert Tordjman, a famous chef in San Fran; his mom Susan, and Harrison Ford (he didn’t explain that one).

One more reason I love it? We share a mantra in common – Encontrar means to discover, and my slogan is Your Home. Discovered.
