Normal Heights Holiday Home Decorating Contest

Join me and the Normal Heights Community Association for an annual tradition!

Every year, Normal Neighbors compete to see who’s holiday decorations are the brightest, boldest, and most beautiful on the block. Whether you enter your home in the contest, tour the homes using the online map, participate in the nighttime bike tour, or just vote online, you can be a part of this special celebration!

Enter your house in NHCA’s annual home decorating contest and prove that you’ve got the most wintery wonderland around! If your Normal Neighbors judge your holiday house to be the best, you could win fabulous prizes and glorious bragging rights!

KEY DATES:

• Entry period: 11/20 – 12/4
• Trolley reservations open: 11/20
• Online voting: 12/9 – 12/15
• Community bike ride: 12/9
• Potluck & Trolley tour: 12/12
• Winners Announced: 12/16

Additional Details:

• All entrants will be added to an online map and voting website
• Entered homes will borrow a NHCA Holiday Home Decorating Contest yard sign, delivered to your home and picked up by NHCA after the contest concludes
• Online voting will be from 12/9 to 12/15
• Some homes will be included on a neighborhood bicycle tour on 12/9 but for safety reasons not all homes can be included on the tour

After you complete your entry, an NHCA board member will be in touch via email with more details. Please keep an eye on your inbox, since we cannot include your home in the contest if we are missing information.
